Labour force measures
Key labour force measures by qualification, age and sex
We will no longer be updating the ‘Key Labour Force Measures by Qualification, Age and Sex,’ table on NZ.Stat. We are publishing a new table called ‘Labour Force Status by highest qualification by sex’ on Infoshare on 3 August 2016 as part of the June 2016 quarter Labour Market Statistics release. The new table on Infoshare will be more comprehensive. It presents the highest qualification earned rather than the status of completing a post-school qualification.
The discontinued ‘Key Labour Force Measures by Qualification, Age and Sex’ series on NZ.Stat can still be accessed on Infoshare by selecting ‘Show discontinued’ and the ‘Labour Force Status by Sex by Qualification Gained’ table within the ‘Work income and spending, Household Labour Force Survey’ subject. This time series will incorporate revisions from the redevelopment of the Household Labour Force Survey. For more information please see Improving labour market statistics.
