New Zealand Income Survey: June 2006 quarter

Highlights
  • Average weekly income from all sources was $610, up 4.0 percent from the June 2005 quarter.
  • Average weekly income from all sources was up 2.1 percent for males (to $754) and up 7.1 percent (to $473) for females, from the June 2005 quarter.
  • Average weekly income from wages and salaries for those in paid employment rose by 4.7 percent.
  • For all females, average weekly income from wages and salaries was $311, up $28 from the June 2005 quarter.
